Who you are dealing with

I trade under my own name. There is no registered company behind this site, no trading name, and nothing here should be read as implying either. Any engagement is contracted with Kishan Vaishnani personally, as a sole practitioner.

The site is written in the first person throughout for that reason. There is no team behind it and no account manager.

Everything here is a description of services and a set of opinions about building software. None of it is professional advice for your specific situation, and reading it does not create a working relationship between us.

Articles reflect what was true when they were written. Platform behaviour, version support and pricing all change, and I do not revisit every article when they do. Where an article cites a source, check the source before relying on it.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. Scope, price, payment terms, ownership of the work and confidentiality are agreed in writing before any work starts, in a document specific to that engagement.

My default position on ownership is that you own the deliverables from the first commit, in your own repository and your own accounts. Where a client needs different terms, we write different terms.
